The UK Professional Hunters Tour has received various offers of prizes from its sponsors which will be included in a free prize draw which is to take place on Wednesday 25th March 2009 at the Powell-Cotton Collection,
Quex Park,
Kent. There is no purchase necessary and entries are strictly limited to one per person. Entry into the prize draw is via completion of a pre-printed entry card which can be obtained at any location of the tour on the day that we attend and this must be submitted on the day and will be included in the prize draw on 25th March 2009. Each prize is specified and the exact details of what is available can be found online at www.UKPHT.co.uk. Some prizes include dangerous and plains game safari packages and personal indemnities will be required in order to complete them. We anticipate that weapons such as knives and rifles may constitute prizes on the tour and the winner will therefore need to be of a legal age and have the correct documentation / license with which to possess such an item. There is no cash alternative to these prizes and they are not transferable in any way under any conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision of the organisers of the tour, The Hunting Agency, will be final and no further discussion or debate entertained, sorry! No liability whatsoever will be accepted as a result of any damage injury or loss suffered as a result of any aspect of this tour by the organisers, their staff, agents, representative or guests as a result of horseplay, negligence or otherwise.
10-Day Leopard Hunt
The 10 day leopard hunt in Namibia is sponsored by Aimeb.com and includes provision of a Dangerous Game Qualified PH, accomodation, meals, laundry, non-alcholic beverages and transport for a single hunter and where possible the lucky winner will taken to an existing problem animal as specified by Namibia's Nature Conservation Officers. Additional hunters and/or non-hunting guests can join the winner at the daily rates specified on the Aimeb website and further species may be taken as appropriate at the prices current at the time of departure. The cost of the trophy is included in this package, but taxidermy and onwoard shipping is specifically excluded. This prize should be taken within 2009 and cannot be exchanged, neither is there any cash alternative. Air flights and airport trasnfers are also not included but transfers can be organised at a modest cost to the successful winner. Personal indemnities will be required by any person accepting any of the prizes specified and failure to do so will result in the prize being withdrawn.
Three Species Plains Game Hunt in South Africa

Five-Day Wildebeest Hunt - South Africa
The blue wildebeest hunt in South Africa is sponsored by Ingwe Bush Camp and will be guided by qualified PH, outfitter and owner, Cliff Sanders. Additional hunters and/or non-hunting guests can join the winner at the daily rates specified on the www.IngweBushCamp.com/hunting website and further species may be taken as appropriate at the prices current at the time of departure. This prize must be taken within 2009 and cannot be exchanged, neither is there any cash alternative. Personal indemnities will be required by any person accepting the prize specified and failure to do so will result in the prize being withdrawn.
Inclusions and Exclusions
The Prize Includes:
One hunter, five days hunting and one blue wildebeest trophy. Services of professional hunter, Cliff Sanders, experienced trackers, skinners and camp staff. Full accommodation, meals and daily laundry. Preservation of trophies in the field. Beverages, open bar.
Transport of trophies to taxidermists or exporter. Hunting licenses. Transfer from Johannesburg Int. Airport (OR Tambo) to hunting destination and back to Johannesburg Int. Airport (OR Tambo) Dates of the safari have to be confirmed with Ingwe Bush Camp
The Prize Excludes:
Accommodation and travel charges before and after the contracted safari period. Air charters to and from hunting areas. (not required on this hunt) The hire of rifles and ammunition if required. Export trophy, dipping, packing and freighting, which is done by local taxidermists at prize winner’s expense.
